CEO Dialogue

Ohio Library Council

The CEO Dialogue focuses on the exchange of information and networking among appointed chief executive officers who manage associations throughout Ohio. This is an opportunity for you to address the many complex issues executive officers continue to face in today’s rapidly changing environment.

Plan now to join your association CEO peers for this open forum, led by Doug Evans, CAE, Executive Director of the Ohio Library Council. We will address the issues that matter most to you in a true peer-to-peer environment. Our goal is discussion compelling enough to draw you out of your office in your busiest season. We intend to focus on several topics, including the rising cost of employee benefits; whether it's appropriate to compensate staff members who do not participate in health plans; and, what associations are doing to assist their members in implementing workforce diversity initiatives

Career Level: This session is only open to association CEOs and executive directors

Fee: Complimentary; however, registration is required.

CAE Credit Hours:

As a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for one and a half (1.5) credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.CAE Approved Provider
