Membership Retention and Engagement Consultant

The Ohio School Boards Association is seeking a membership retention and engagement consultant.
Responsibilities include establishing and enhancing relationships with OSBA’s members and educating members on the value of the association, its products, programs and services.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining a system to assess member needs, track member engagement and calculate the value of membership, products, programs and services.
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills are essential. OSBA offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
