DOL Overtime Rule Online Seminar Series

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has issued new regulations that go into effect on Dec. 1, 2016, revising overtime rules under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). While hailed as an advance in employee benefits and a step toward addressing gender and minority inequalities, the rule change—the first revision since 2004—poses a potential financial impact for employers, especially those with a small or mid-sized staff team.  

This four-part webinar series will examine these new regulations and the human resources and legal implications for associations. Session one will provide a comprehensive overview. The others will explore real case examples.
