OSAE 2017 Annual Conference: A Resounding Success

Attendees raved over educational programming, efforts of host CVB and property

The Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE) held its 2017 annual conference July 19-21 at the Cincinnati Marriott North at Union Centre in Butler County, Ohio. Those who attended this year's conference shared feedback with OSAE staff and Board of Directors over how well planned and how valuable they found the educational programming to be. In addition to the programming, attendees also expressed delight at the events put on by the host CVB: Butler County and the hotel property, which recently underwent renovations that benefited attendees' experiences. 

All in all, attendees who actively participated in this year’s conference gained 10 CEUs for their involvement. This year, OSAE was again held concurrent educational sessions. In addition to presentations from industry leaders, the breakout sessions provided additional hands-on, in-depth analysis of issues that are impacting association professionals in today’s ever-changing environment.

Multiple contests were held by exhibitors and OSAE this year to ensure members had an enjoyable time at the conference. OSAE is excited to announce that four OSAE members received complimentary attendance for the OSAE 2018 Annual Conference. OSAE is already planning for next year’s conference, which is scheduled for July 25-27, 2017 in Cleveland and is being hosted by Destination Cleveland and the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center.
