Meet the Candidates for the Fall 2017 OSAE Board of Directors Election

Online voting will open on Oct. 12, 2017

Participate in OSAE's Success by Casting Your Vote for Your Association's Leadership Once Online Voting Opens

On Oct. 12, 2017 at 12:00 p.m., voting for the slate of nominees for the 2018 Ohio Society of Association Executives opens. We hope that you will support the future of OSAE's leadership and our ongoing commitment to Ohio's association management industry by casting your ballot. 

You will receive an email from AssociationVoting on behalf of OSAE asking you to cast your vote. In addition to the email from AssociationVoting, you will also be able to vote via the OSAE App. You must be logged into the app to cast your vote. Be sure to cast your vote by 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 2 when the election is scheduled to close. The new board members will be announced at the OSAE Leadership Summit & Q4 Luncheon Meeting on Nov. 3, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus.

A brief refresher on the slate of 2017 nominees

The Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE) Nominating Committee is pleased to present the following slate of candidates for election for to the OSAE Board of Directors for five (5) open seats, including:

• Two (2) three-year terms for the association executive member category
• One (1) two-year term for the association executive member category
• One (1) three-year term for the CVB member category, and
• One (1) two-year term for the affiliate member category

OSAE Association Executive Candidates:

• Bryan Humphreys, The Ohio Pork Council
• Denise Ison-Miller, CAE, The Ohio Society of CPAs 
• Christina Zimmer, CAE, ACT Ohio

OSAE Affiliate Candidate:

• Mary Ciesa, Marriott International

OSAE CVB Candidate:

• Tony Vetter, CDME, Destination Toledo Convention & Visitors Bureau

Due to the bylaws change in 2014, OSAE members will have the opportunity to vote for board candidates online beginning Oct. 12, 2017.
