OABA Industry Conference Keynote to Highlight Power of Passion

White Castle Systems' vice president of government and shareholder relations to speak

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association is pleased to welcome Jamie Richardson of White Castle Systems, Inc., as the keynote speaker for the Industry Networking Reception & Dinner at the upcoming 2018 OABA Industry Conference.

Richardson, vice president of government and shareholder relations, is the self-proclaimed ‘Keeper of the Crave.’ His love of White Castle hamburgers compelled him to join the team, applying his marketing experience, consumer insights and strategic brand building skills to help White Castle continue their successful business. Richardson will share how employee passion and excellent customer service work to create a family of both employees and customers during his keynote “The Power of Passion.”

“Jamie has gained invaluable knowledge and experience from growing White Castle’s brand,” said Chris Henney, OABA president and CEO. “Through his keynote, our members will learn how to take their own passion and apply it to their everyday work to enhance their customers’ experience.”

The two-day Industry Conference, Feb. 1 – 2, 2018 in Columbus, is packed with widely-respected speakers and industry professionals, sharing their expertise on a variety of topics relating to agronomy, grain and feed, safety and more. In addition to the keynote, the conference features a wide array of general and breakout sessions.

Continuing education units (CEUs) are available for both Certified Crop Advisers and state licensed pesticide applicators that attend the conference. A complete agenda is available at this link. 

All-inclusive registration for the event includes admission to both days of educational programming and all meals, including the Industry Networking Reception & Dinner and OABA Annual Meeting. Registration fees are as follows:

Member:         $260 ($335 after Jan. 15, 2018)

Non­-member: $400 ($475 after Jan. 15, 2018)
