Starting a small business is a huge hurdle - the next is often uncontrolled growth

If starting a small business is a huge hurdle, the next one is growing it at a rate you can control. 

“As a small business owner, you work a lot of hours and you put a lot on yourself,” said Jacob Schroeder, CPA, partner at Wilkins Schroeder Accounting Group, LLC. “If someone is working overtime, you’re working overtime. If something needs done, you’re going to make sure it gets done.”
