Eight Tips for Hiring, Onboarding Those with Autism

More companies are creating a more neurodiverse work environment

To assist with the increasingly challenging task of finding and hiring top-notch employees, some companies are making concerted efforts to boost workplace neurodiversity and hire an untapped talent pool—employees with autism.

Companies such as SAP, Microsoft and Ford have found that although employees with autism spectrum disorder may have social challenges, they can be gifted and loyal employees.
