What you’ll do
In partnership with the executive director, you will be responsible for the home health & hospice operations at one of our home health & hospice locations. You’ll make sure we’re always survey ready by ensuring federal, state, and local regulatory compliance. We will look to you to manage employee, patient, and family concerns while creating a healthy, safe, and desirable environment for everyone! It’s big job, but you’ve got big skills!
What it takes
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required
- Current license in the state of Ohio to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five years experience as a healthcare professional with at least two years experience in a health-related administrative or operations management position required
- Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency or hospice setting preferred
- Home health operations leadership is a must
- Experience with diagnosis coding preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and third-party payer requirements required
