OHFA Board Approves Financing for Seven Developments

Last Wednesday, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs for seven housing developments to create or preserve affordable housing units throughout the state. Among the awards was Hebron Senior Apartments, a National Church Residence project that will construct 42 new units for older Ohioans in Licking County.
