CareSource on Private Room Clean-up: Resend Information

Caresource recently clarified that most of the unpaid private room claims have been corrected, but that any provider with remaining claims for private rooms that have not paid correctly should submit them for final project clean-up. Caresource requests that providers compile the following information in an excel document and send it to Angela Wainwright at angela.wainwright@caresource.com. 

• Claim number
• Member ID
• Date of Service
• Total charges
