Ohio's restaurant industry is healthy and growing, according to a self-assessment by a trade organization.
On June 19, the Ohio Restaurant Association (ORA) released data it compiled through a survey of its members, in cooperation with Cleveland Research Co., and via research from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).
The association's president and CEO, John Barker, said in a statement, "The growth rate is impressive. We know traffic was up and many brands were able to raise prices, as well."
