“In 2019, we Slack, ping, text, Zoom, email, call and meet face-to-face,” said Jill Jacinto, a Millennial career expert. “No matter which method you use, you’ll need to need to develop an appropriate method to interact with your [coworkers or] employees," she added.
But beyond having to communicate in the office, honing your communication skills can influence your career—and your daily success at work.
