The holidays can be stressful. Finances tend to be tight and your free time is usually stretched thin between seasonal commitments. Recruiters and hiring managers — like many people — also have unpredictable schedules at work between November and January. The combination can cause a lot of anxiety among job seekers.
You shouldn’t let your job search ruin your holidays, however. You may be able to land a job during these next few months. If not, you can try using the time to your advantage.
