Judge Rejects Request to Delay Ohio's Primary Till June 2

An appeal is still possible

A Franklin County judge has rejected a request to postpone the state's primary scheduled for Tuesday.

Governor Mike DeWine and others had sought the delay amid concerns about the coronavirus pandemic.

Judge Richard Frye ruled against the motion Monday night because he didn't want to rewrite the law. The ruling can be appealed.
