At least for the moment, a clear majority of social-media users want brands to focus on the COVID-19 crisis.
That’s according to new findings from social ad automation firm Smartly.io, which included responses from approximately 800 U.S. adults during the first week in April.
In all, 83 percent of respondents said they expected brands to be addressing the health crisis in ads, as well as other aspects of their social-media marketing strategies.
