Mapping Ohio's Coronavirus Cases

The 12,919 coronavirus cases to date in Ohio are spread across 87 of the state’s 88 counties, with 509 deaths, the Ohio Department of Health reported Monday.

The total was up from 11,602 cases in the same 87 counties on Friday, while the number of deaths increased from 471. Sparsely population Vinton County has no known cases.

Despite an 11 percent increase in cases reported statewide on Monday, other benchmarks grew more slowly – 8 percent for known deaths, 3 percent for hospitalizations and 4 percent for hospitalizations in intensive care.
