Making Music Virtually
Each year on the summer solstice (June 21), the National Association of Music Merchants’ NAMM Foundation and the Make Music Alliance put on an event celebrating the power of music. And they aren’t letting the COVID-19 pandemic silence this year’s Make Music Day.
The organizers announced this week that Make Music Day, which began in 1982, will still take place in cities around the country, using a mixture of digital and home-based events.
