Session 1: The Ohio Ethics Law 2023

What are the latest trends, investigations, and highlights in governmental ethics?  Don’t miss this engaging and interactive discussion that analyzes the hot issues under the Ohio Ethics Law.  This specialized session will assist those in public service who are subject to the law and those in the private sector who are regulated by or do business with governmental entities. Featured speaker: Susan Willeke, education & communications administrator, Ohio Ethics Commission

Session 2: Rethinking DE&I: Expanding Access To Talent

Access to talent continues to be a challenge. But does it have to be? Take a deep dive into three often overlooked areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I): neuro-diversity, age and educational diversity. Discover strategies to uncover untapped talent pools, foster a more inclusive environment, dismantle biases and champion diversity in your workplace or community. Featured speaker: Tiffany Crosby, CPA, CGMA, MBA, chief learning officer, Ohio Society of CPAs
