Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) announced 52,488 confirmed cases, 2,657 deaths and 8,036 hospitalizations. Additionally, the ODH is also reporting 3,695 probable cases and 250 additional deaths under an expanded case definition of COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC.) 

There have been a total of 8,026 hospitalizations linked to the coronavirus. The state indicated that there have been 39,903 presumed recoveries.
