Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) released the state’s latest COVID-19 (coronavirus) statistics. The agency reported 1,244 newly confirmed cases.
Additionally, the department reported 62,913 confirmed cases, 2,807 deaths, 8,836 hospitalizations and 45,194 presumed recoveries.
ODH is also reporting 3,940 probable cases and 257 additional deaths under an expanded case definition of COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
