ASAE Announces American Associations Day 2021 Will be Virtual

The event will occur March 25-26, 2021

The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) is encouraging association professionals to join them virtually March 25-26, 2021 for American Associations Day, the only national legislative fly-in for our industry. In December, Congress expanded the flagship Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to thousands of 501(c)(6) organizations, providing them collective access to tens of billions of dollars in critically needed financial relief. As Congress continues to address the economic impact surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, associations need to be at the table.

Congress now has a stronger understanding of the power of associations, and we need your help to build on that success.

For $39 ASAE members can participate in American Associations Day, which will include two days of engaging content worth 4.5 CAE credit hours. Participants will learn about association policy issues, ask questions to members of Congress and gain valuable insight from advocacy experts on topics ranging from civil discourse and the role of associations; building a grassroots network and strengthening digital advocacy campaigns. There will also be opportunities to sign up for virtual Hill meetings with your members of Congress during the weeks to follow.

A full agenda will be posted in the next few weeks. ASAE looks forward to seeing many of you virtually. Together, our organizations can show Congress the power of associations. For questions, please contact ASAE's Nate Fisher at nfisher@asaecenter.org or visit http://www.thepowerofa.org/hillvisit/.
