Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 4,370 new cases of COVID-19 and 187 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths from the virus.
ODH also reported 1,647,237 confirmed cases, 26,063 deaths and 84,319 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 1,522,771 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 6,692,093 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This figure represents less than 58 percent of Ohioans - a very low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
