The pandemic has had a very negative impact on most non-profit organizations. And at "because I said I would", they are no exception. Due to many events being rescheduled or canceled entirely they lost 80% of their funding & 60% of their pre-pandemic staff.
The great news is that things are getting back to normal and they are booking events at a pre-pandemic level. This surge in booking has left them short-staffed and in need of amazing talent to help continue their charitable efforts.
