Celebrate Global Meetings International Day (GMID)
Events are being held in Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus
Meetings Mean Business! We Know It & Others Should Too!
Please join IAEE Mid-South Chapter, MPI Ohio Chapter, OSAE and PCMA Power Chapter for Global Meetings Industry Day 2019 on April 4, 2019! We are working in concert with fellow industry partners to highlight the relevance of the meetings and events industry on behalf of their clients – not only in Ohio but around the world.
Last year, our organizations worked together to hold events in Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus. All three were such successes and that is we’re doing it again this year. No matter what market you call “home,” there will be an event for you to attend.
What is Global Meetings Industry Day?
This day unites leaders from across the meetings and events industry to showcase the real impact that business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions have on people, businesses and communities.
Meeting professionals across the world participate in the international day of advocacy. In 2018, there were more than 200 GMID events held across six continents. To learn more about last year’s events, please visit: http://meetingsmeanbusiness.com/gmid/events.
