Northeast Ohio Association Coffee Talk - February Gathering

Did you know you are part of a very robust industry here in Northeast Ohio that employs hundreds of people and serves thousands of members here and around the world?  (Hint: it is associations, societies, trade groups, membership organizations, alumni groups, non-profits/not-for-profits)
 
Whatever name you use it is important to know that there are hundreds of membership focused groups and hundreds of employees of these organizations here in Northeast Ohio.
 
While you may not connect with your fellow executives regularly or at all, you do share a common industry and in many cases the same trials and tribulations along with successes - from dealing with boards to membership to events and everything in between.
 
To that end, we would like to invite you and any staff from your organization to the first of what will be monthly informal “Coffee Talk” to be held in our area.
 
These are being done in partnership with the Ohio Society of Association Executives and are FREE (meaning you do not have to be a member of OSAE) and will be “hosted” by two local OSAE members/volunteers.

• The first informal “Coffee Talk” will be on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 at 8:30 am – lasting about 45 to 60 minutes.
• Location: Panera Bread on Rockside in Independence, Ohio (6700 Rockside Rd., Independence, OH 44131).
• How: Just grab a cup of coffee/tea and join us for a great conversation (look for the ballons).
• Who: You and any staff that would benefit from meeting other local association community members (please share this invite with co-workers).

The topic we would like to cover in this first Northeast Ohio Coffee Talk will be: Membership recruitment/retention successes and the not so successful.
