Bennett Association Management is seeking an event manager for their new association management company. This is a full-time contract position.
Must be able to multi-task serving multiple clients. Position will involve:
- soliciting venue proposals
- initial review of contracts
- food and beverage management
- on-site event management
- print material coordination
- sponsor and advertiser development
- speaker management
- online continuing education management
- coordinating continuing education approvals with regulatory agencies
Other duties will include participating in client Board meetings and some communication management (online newsletters, email blasts and website). Flexible work hours.
