Position Summary

  • Provide assistance to departmental managers in areas of general administration and educational programming
  • Oversee program registration, attendance check-in and reporting
  • Provide backup for receptionist and main telephone system
  • Assist in maintenance of web-based company events calendar, meeting room reservations, and other event planning as assigned


  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Standard office equipment including copier, fax machine, multiple-line telephone system

Education Required

  • High School Graduate minimum
  • Advanced business education a plus
