The Columbus Foundation Announces 2019 Nonprofits to Watch

Each honoree will receive a $7,500 grant from the foundation

The Columbus Foundation has announced its 5 Nonprofits to Watch for 2019, as part of an annual program to provide recognition to innovative and exceptional nonprofit organizations.

The 5 Nonprofits to Watch program debuted in 2014 to “honor remarkable nonprofit organizations working to strengthen and improve” the community. Each honoree will receive a $7,500 grant from the foundation.

“The extraordinary work of these nonprofits promises to move our community forward,” said Douglas F. Kridler, president and CEP of The Columbus Foundation, in a press release. “Collectively, these five organizations are tackling challenges and creating hope for a bright future where all in our community flourish.”
