The need for this member benefit became apparent to OSAE earlier this year following Fishel’s presentation at the organization’s first quarter educational workshop and luncheon. The firm has expansive knowledge in the nonprofit sector, with many of its partners having served on nonprofit boards of directors and as legal experts on issues impacting the industry. Fishel’s experience and involvement has been integral in the development of this partnership.
“Our members need access to industry-leading advice and expertise on countless matters related to employment, HR and much more,” said OSAE President & CEO Jarrod A. Clabaugh, CAE. “Through the countless conversations that we have had with Marc and his team, we believe this relationship will provide our members with best-in-class knowledge and a better understanding of the legal challenges that organizations face in today’s business climate.”
