Upper Arlington’s Second Hotel Expected to Open in Fall

Work began June 2019 on the 119-room hotel on Lane Avenue

Upper Arlington’s second hotel, a 5-story TownePlace Suites by Marriott, is expected to open in September.

Work began June 2019 on the 119-room hotel on West Lane Avenue, as well as a mixed-use project that will feature condominiums, professional offices and restaurants at Lane and Westmont Boulevard.

The entire project is being developed by Dublin-based Crawford Hoying.
