Tell Us Your Stories of Success & Assistance

We'll share them with others in Ohio's association community

Dear OSAE members,

For all the uncertainty plaguing our industries during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have observed a hopeful impact: people coming together. Association professionals are communicating with members, posting industry updates, sharing information and using their ingenuity to create proactive solutions in place of reactive transgressions. This makes it clear to me that we will weather this storm and come out stronger once the blue sky reappears.

And now, more than ever, OSAE supports you: our resilient members.

For the next issue of the Executive News magazine, we are asking members to send positive and uplifting stories and articles about their businesses. How have you successfully adapted to the changes in your industry? How did you overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges? What new skills, tools and experiences have you discovered? In what ways are you now more prepared for the future?

Additionally, we’re asking you to tell us about the vendors with whom you are working that are supporting you and your industry during these turbulent times. Do you work with a company that is going above and beyond to bolster your business? Send us an email and tell us about the vendors who are standing by you to achieve your goals.

If you’d like to share a positive story about your business or a vendor recommendation, please email me. I look forward to hearing from you. We'd love to collect your stories by May 22.

I thank each of you, our volunteer leaders, Ohio's various association professionals, your individual members, government leaders, professional service providers and more for coming together in this unprecedented time. We will get through this in the way we know best: by inspiring excellence and community through education and relationship-building. Stay strong; stay well; stay connected.

Sincerely,
Jarrod A. Clabaugh, CAE
OSAE President & CEO
