Coronavirus Tracker: Associations Lean on Online Education to Serve Members

Associations are increasingly turning to online education resources as a way to serve their members during the pandemic, according to the latest edition of the ASAE Research Foundation’s Association Impact Snapshot survey. But that’s not all they’re doing.

The survey found that 82 percent of respondents are increasing their members’ access to online education, while about six out of 10 are providing data on the current health crisis and offering resources to support members’ health and/or well-being. Less common are delays or deferments of membership dues (42 percent) and dues reductions (11 percent).
