OSAE Expects Ethical Business Practices by All Organizations

Any financial misappropriation should be investigated

The Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE) always encourages our members and the nonprofit community, and for-profit businesses for that matter, to operate within the boundaries of the law. The nonprofit industry is one that safeguards and serves countless social, business and economic areas of interest.

Alleged misappropriation of funds by any organization – no matter its 501(c) designation – is a practice that should be investigated and for which anyone found in violation should be prosecuted. The membership of the Ohio Society of Association Executives is expected to operate within the boundaries of a responsible business no matter their mission, their membership or the industry in which they serve.
