OAPFF Endorses Freshour for Congress

Freshour is running against Jim Jordan

The Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters (OAPFF), representing more than 12,000 fire, rescue and EMS providers, has endorsed Democrat Shannon Freshour in Ohio’s 4th Congressional District.

Freshour is challenging incumbent Republican Rep. Jim Jordan in November.

“I am proud to have earned the endorsement of the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters," Freshour said in a statement accompanying the announcement. "Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our firefighters and EMS workers have selflessly put their lives on the line to ensure the public safety of our communities. We owe them our sincerest gratitude and deepest appreciation. It is truly a great honor to have their trust and support throughout this campaign."
