COVID-19 Update: 146,438 Confirmed Cases, 4,514 Deaths

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) released the latest statistics tied to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. ODH reported 1,247 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 89 hospitalizations today.

It also reported 146,438 confirmed cases, 4,514 deaths and 15,471 hospitalizations. The department also reported 134,216 presumed recoveries.

ODH also reported 8,876 probable cases and 303 additional deaths under an expanded case definition of COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
