Helping the Hospitality Industry Recover
The hospitality industry has been hard hit by the pandemic. Travel restrictions to keep the virus under control led to reduced occupancy, lost revenue from events, and massive layoffs. To help the industry in its recovery efforts, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HMSAI) recently teamed up with Revenue Analytics to release The New Revenue Team.

The white paper offers insights into the way the pandemic has affected the industry and provides suggestions for boosting revenue in these difficult times.

“There has been a noticeable shift in the way hotel revenue optimization teams operate during the pandemic,” said Robert Gilbert, CHME, CHBA, president and CEO of HSMAI. “COVID-19 has forced revenue teams to become more agile, collaborative, and strategic under unprecedented circumstances.
