Ohio BWC Data Center Shutdown Will Occur April 24

Accessibility should be restored by April 26

Due to scheduled maintenance, all Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) computer services throughout the state, including phones, will be unavailable on Saturday, April 24.

This means all of the systems listed below will be unavailable that day:

• BWC's external website www.bwc.ohio.gov
• 1-800-644-6292 and other BWC phone services
• All application systems on BWC's network

On the day of the shutdown, callers to all BWC phone lines will receive a busy signal. The BWC's website, www.bwc.ohio.gov, will display a static page of information that explains the outage; however, the contents of the site itself will be unaccessible.

All functionality will be restored on the morning on April 26.
