COVID-19 Update: 6,310 New Cases Reported Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 6,310 new cases of COVID-19 and 323 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths.

ODH also reported 1,452,096 confirmed cases, 22,490 deaths and 74,943 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 1,309,552 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 6,344,385 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. 

ODH expects more Ohioans to get more infections as vaccination efficacies wane and variants keep adapting.
