Six Injured in Boise, Idaho Mall Shooting

The suspect is in custody

The Boise Police Department said in a tweet that six people, including a police officer, were injured in a mass shooting at the Boise Towne Square mall on Monday afternoon.

Police said on Twitter shortly before 2:15 p.m. Monday that officers were responding to reports of shots fired at the mall on Milwaukee Street.

On social media, the agency later said one person was in custody. And BPD said that officers were going store by store at Boise Towne Square to clear each business, and that it had no information "indicating additional threats at this time."
