COVID-19 Update: 6,751 New Cases Reported Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 6,751 new cases of COVID-19 and 339 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths from the virus.

ODH also reported 1,660,131 confirmed cases, 26,190 deaths and 85,225 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 1,530,406 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 6,715,557 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This figure represents less than 58 percent of Ohioans - a very low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
