COVID-19 Update: 899 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 899 new COVID-19 cases and 30 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths from COVID.

The ODH also reported 2,644,828 confirmed cases, 35,493 deaths and 111,541 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,548,396 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,212,253 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure remains at 61 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
