COVID-19 Update: 851 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 851 new COVID-19 cases and 42 new hospitalizations. The agency did not report any additional deaths from COVID.

The ODH also reported 2,645,679 confirmed cases, 35,493 deaths and 111,583 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,552,366 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,213,328 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure remains at 61 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
