Arnold Sports Festival Expected to Draw More Than 100,000 Spectators
It's a massive moneymaker for the city of Columbus
The Arnold Sports Festival has come a long way since its small beginning in 1989. What started with 30 competitors has grown to 12,000 today.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of the largest sporting event in the nation with Columbus as the host.
The event is expected to pump more than $15 million into the local economy through hotel room bookings, transportation and a lot of food.
