FTC Releases Speaker List for Hearing on Government and Business Impersonation Rule

The informal hearing will be held May 4, 2023

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will hold an informal hearing on its proposed rule prohibiting government and business impersonation at 1 p.m. on May 4, 2023.

Chief Administrative Law Judge D. Michael Chappell will preside over the hearing.

The hearing will be held virtually and livestreamed on ftc.gov.
