As a leadership coach, I have had the privilege of working with many talented professionals, from CEOs to emerging leaders. And yet, there is one issue that seems to be plaguing all of us: the busyness trap.

We live in a culture that values productivity above all else. We wear our busy schedules like a badge of honor, working late nights, skipping meals and often sacrificing our personal lives to get ahead. And while this may seem like a necessary evil in the corporate world, the truth is that it is doing more harm than good.

It's time to start focusing on our capacity rather than our productivity.
