Dow Jones Win Streak Is Longest In Six Years

This is the longest streak since the Obama presidency

Stocks rose Monday, kicking off a week full of earnings and economic data, plus a rate decision from the Federal Reserve.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.5 percent, rising for an 11th consecutive day. That's the index's longest winning streak since February 2017. The S&P 500gained 0.4% percent while the Nasdaq crept up 0.2 percent.

This week, investors will be taking in earnings reports from some of the world's largest tech companies, including Microsoft and Google-parent Alphabet—both reporting Tuesday—and Meta, reporting Wednesday.
