Ohio BWC Announces Changes to Public Employers' Premium Rates
They will be dropping once more
Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) Administrator John Logue announced at the August board meeting that Ohio’s public employers will pay $8 million less in workers’ compensation premiums beginning Jan. 1, 2024.
This is in response to a 3.9 percent rate reduction approved by the BWC board of directors.
