Founded in 1908, Columbus REALTORS® is a professional trade association comprised of more than 9,400 real estate professionals engaged in residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, property management, appraisal, consultation, real estate syndication, land development and more. The organization is seeking a Director of Development and Community Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
The Columbus REALTORS® Director of Development and Community Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing the Columbus REALTORS® Foundation operations, ensuring compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations, and developing and maintaining strategic partnerships within the community.
The director will also serve as the lead fundraiser for our bi-partisan Political Action Committee, CORPAC. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including board members, donors, community organizations and volunteers, to advance the association, foundation and PAC’s mission. This position will work with and engage REALTOR® members as Foundation & PAC contributors, oversee foundation programs and assist leadership in the promotion of the REALTOR® brand, both within the REALTOR® association and externally to local community, government and nonprofit leaders.
