ASAE Offers Insider Tips in Power of Associations Awards Webinar

The deadline to apply for this year’s awards is May 1

Earlier this week, ASAE’s Power of Associations Awards Judging Committee hosted a special webinar to give members a “behind-the-scenes” look at ASAE’s premier recognition program for associations. The session provided valuable insights into the updated application process and strategies for submitting a strong nomination.

The webinar is posted on YouTube for anyone who missed it. Committee Chair Victoria Forlini, CAE, and Vice Chair James G. Potter, CEO of the Coalition for Healthcare Communications, guided attendees through the key elements of a successful application.

The Power of Associations Awards honor associations that go beyond their core mission to make a meaningful impact on society.

Awards are presented in five categories:

• Advocacy
• Community Support and Engagement
• Conscious Inclusion
• Global Development
• Industry/Professional Advancement

Each category highlights the many ways associations are improving lives and strengthening communities in the U.S. and around the world.

The deadline to apply for this year’s awards is May 1, 2025.

• Interested applicants can review the eligibility requirements and download the application guide for detailed instructions.
• When ready, submit your entry through the online awards portal.

What's next: Winners will be honored at the 2025 ASAE Summit Awards Dinner, taking place Sept. 25, 2025, at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
